Fred Maidment

Fred has recently joined Oculus Building Consultancy after a long and distinguished structural engineering career initially with Bath City and latterly with Bath & North East Somerset Councils. Throughout this time he was involved in examining Building Regulation applications for compliance with Part A as part of the building control process so is ideally suited to providing this service for Oculus.
